Starting from lake hughes, ca. head south down lake hughes rd.(cnyn.), toward castaic, go 2-6 miles past cottonwood campground(on the left), and theres a small bridge,hike up toward the right of the bridge(follow the dry creek bed to the trail, up toward left 250-350 feet), then just hike the trail and you will soon run into the creek and then pools(swimholes ect.), then waterfalls and chill spots! HAVE FUN! Enjoy fish creek, be careful and keep it clean for others.

you need to rock climb the final waterfall to swim in the 10-15 feet deep clearwater pool ontop of the waterfall, and a simple climb around the little waterfall before that.

trail along creek all the way to the largest waterfall, pools to swim in all the way up. Trees all the way up offer some shade for the hot days.
