To get the user submitted directions to Inspiration Point please register and login. After you register and login please submit atleast one point. You will have instant access to all of Backcountry Secrets including GPS location files, coordinates and Google Earth KML files.

Submitting secrets is an easy 4 step process.

A continuation of the trail that leads to Hidden Falls, this hike is slightly more rigorous due to the incline. But named for the beautiful view from the top, it's well worth the trek to reach Inspiration Point and look out on Jenny Lake. Trails continue westward into a deeply cut U-shaped glacial valley north of the Grand Teton.

These trails can also be accessed more quickly via the ferry that goes across the lake. While you're heading to Inspiration Point, it is highly recommended that you take the very short detour to Hidden Falls: a scenic waterfall hidden among the trees. This hike is perfect for a day-trip outing.
